(if you call just before or during the meeting, it may be harder for staff to take the time to help, so calling early is best!)

Code of Conduct
Everyone is getting used to meeting online these days. To make the experience comfortable, enjoyable and respectful for all, please keep in mind the following:
- Always follow the instructions of the meeting host.
- If displaying your video, be dressed appropriately.
- The meetings can frequently be quiet active and conversational, so ensure your volume and the noise around you are sufficient for hearing and communicating.
- Have fun connecting with us in a new way 🙂
- You are able to Mute your audio, Close your Camera and reactivate them at any time by using the buttons in the Zoom screen. We want this to be as safe and comfortable as we can make it, so don’t be afraid to speak up, or let us know if there is something else we can do for you!
Don’t want to Zoom?
Back in my day we did our socializing in person!?
We still have space available to safely meet in person for our Let’s Connect times, it will still be on Zoom, but you can be on site with us, use our equipment or even join just a small number of your peers for a long needed catch up!
Space is extremely limited for this, due to social distancing, so if this is what you want, please call the office and let the team know your coming so we have enough space, devices , tablets and laptops to accommodate you, there may even be coffee and cookies!
