How to Access Our Services
Complete an intake
Before you can access our services, you need to complete an intake with our case manager. If you have a brain injury or are taking on caregiving responsibilities for someone with a brain injury, contact our office to get started on the intake process.
The intake process helps us get to know you and understand which of our services would best support your needs. It also helps you gain a better understanding of how we can support you.
The intake process typically consists of two to three 1-hour meetings with our case manager.
It can often be difficult to get a diagnosis for an acquired brain injury, especially for concussions or mild TBIs. Because of this, we offer our services to anyone who identifies as having a brain injury. This means you do not need an official medical diagnosis to access our services.
To get started with the intake process, please either give us a call at 250-597-4662 or send an email to [email protected] to let us know that you are interested.
